AEW announced that it has partnered with Yuke’s, the Japanese-based game developer that worked on WWE wrestling games for over 15 years, to create the company’s first video game. Kenny Omega, one of AEW’s executive vice presidents, made the announcement during the AEW Games 1.0 Special Event on November 10.

Omega stated that the new title will be available on current and next-gen consoles in the near future. However, Omega and AEW Games did not specify a release date or a title for the new game.

AEW Games also announced two other new games that will go live in the near future: AEW Elite General Manager and AEW Casino: Double or Nothing. The former will be a game inspired by the old WWE Smackdown vs. Raw GM Mode, as players will be able to construct their own cards and rosters. AEW Casino: Double or Nothing, on the other hand, is a casino-inspired game that will allow players to play poker and other games of chance on a mobile device.

AEW Casino: Double or Nothing will launch this winter, while AEW Elite General Manager does not have a set launch date.
