The early access servers for Anthem, the major new release from EA Games, have crashed within an hour of the game’s release.

Early access players were supposed to play the game starting today at 10am. EA announced on its EA Help Twitter account that it was aware of the issue, and asked players to remain patient as it attempts to figure out the problem.

Anthem releases for everyone on Feb. 22.
