Battlefield V Patch 1.03 is now available for PC (1.5 GB), PS4 (350 MB), and Xbox One (over 500 MB). According to the details in the Patch 1.03 changelog – the updates add a feature which allows you to enable RTX Ray tracing with the graphics cards that support this function, and many other things.

Battlefield V is scheduled to launch worldwide on November 20, but if you have bought the digital deluxe edition of the game then you can get your hands on the game right now via early access promotion. You can also get access to the game early on Xbox One and PC if you are a member of EA or Origin Access Service. DICE is not waiting for the worldwide release of Battlefield V on November 20, and have started working on the launch issues and bug fixes, and we can make this out from the fact that the Patch 1.03 is available now for the game.

  • RTX Ray tracing can now be enabled with graphics cards that support this function – Battlefield V PC version.
  • Fixed an issue that could result in a very uneven number of players at the start of a round.
  • Made improvements to matchmaking with a full squad which should result in fewer disconnects.
  • In some cases the revive functionality would suddenly stop to function for all of the players on a server. This has now been fixed.
  • Fixed an issue where a weapon would disappear on the weapon selection screen.
  • Fixed an issue in Frontlines mode on Devastation where the bomb in some rare cases spawned inside a wall.
  • Fixed an issue which made the menus unusable when canceling a matchmaking session.
  • Multiple Crash fixes, better support for the Xbox One Instant-On Functionality as well as multiple fixes for the Airborne game mode.
