Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Getting Its Own PlayStation 4 Pro Bundle

For those of you that want to get a PlayStation 4 Pro to go alongside your new copy of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare later this month, Sony has some good news.

The publisher has announced a new bundle that will be available alongside the game’s release on Oct. 25. It’ll sell for $399.99 and come with a 1TB PlayStation 4 Pro console, a DualShock 4 controller, and a physical copy of Modern Warfare.

That’s a reasonable price, but there’s something you’ll want to keep in mind. In the past, Call of Duty has gotten some unique edition systems with exquisite design, like a specialized paint job on both the system and the controller. Alas, that’s not the case with this bundle, as it only comes with a traditional black console and system.

Still, it’s a relatively good deal for those that have been looking to upgrade to a PlayStation 4, and getting a copy of the game as well. And keep in mind that the PS4 version of the game gets exclusive content. There’s the Survival Ops mode that won’t be available on Xbox One or PC for at least a year.

While it may be heartbreaking for those that wanted a special edition design akin to what God of War and Marvel’s Spider-Man got last year, this Call of Duty package still looks like a home run. It’s perfect for those who want to make someone’s Christmas special. It should be available for pre-order from retailers soon.
