Concrete Genie Delayed, Adds PlayStation VR Support

During yesterday’s State of Play, Sony and PixelOpus have shared a new story trailer for PS4 exclusive Concrete Genie.

The trailer tells us something more about the story, which sees a bullied teenager named Ash, who escapes his troubles by painting spectacular living landscapes and mischievous creatures throughout his abandoned hometown of Denska.

Few more information have been revealed through the broadcast, first of all that the game has been delayed to fall 2019.

This is the second time the game gets delayed, being originally scheduled for 2018 and then jumping to spring 2019.

Anyway, this additional time is being used to implement a full PlayStation VR support, which is dropping upon day one.

On top of that, the delay is probably due to reasons linked to the overall PS4 portfolio, since big games like Death Stranding are likely skipping 2019.
