Classic video games based on Disney’s Aladdin and Lion King appears to be heading onto modern consoles.
In the early 90s, Disney released several video games based on their hottest properties at the time. There was an Aladdin game that was initially released on the Sega Genesis in 1993. A different version of the Aladdin game was released on the Super Nintendo; Capcom developed the SNES version of Aladdin. The common belief is that Aladdin on the Genesis is the superior version.
A Lion King game would release a year later on both the Sega Genesis and SNES. Both the Lion King and Aladdin game were top-rated at the time, with fans of the films loving how accurate both games looked visually to the movies.
