After a leak on the UK PlayStation Store, Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition HD has been officially announced and released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It’s also coming on Nintendo Switch soon.
The game is launching with a 40% discount in the first week, so you can have it now at around $18 instead of the regular $29,99 price tag, which might be considered a bit too expensive.
“Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition HD, fans and newcomers alike can follow the journey of crown prince Noctis and his brothers in arms, Prompto, Ignis and Gladiolus, with fully voiced key event scenes and faithfully recreated battles,” says the official blurb.
“All of the treasured moments from Final Fantasy XV, like driving the Regalia across breath-taking landscapes, camping, chocobo riding and more, can be experienced in a whole new way with the game’s creatively reimagined art style and in HD resolution for the Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 system versions.”
It’s nice to see such a particular game release on console as well, and as I love the main title and its story I’ll be happy to check it out again in this brand new and so different art style. Will you, too?
