The first wave of invites for Fortnite on mobile has been officially sent out, Epic Games has announced.
The mobile version of the game is in an early state and the first users invited have been asked to provide feedback as the team looks to iterate and improve the product. Players can post any bugs, problems, or general fixes onto the Fortnite forums or Reddit page if they find anything.
Signups for Fortnite mobile access only went live a few days ago for iOS users only. The game will eventually come to Android devices, but Epic Games currently does not have a time-frame for when that will be.
Don’t be discouraged if you didn’t receive an invite, however. Epic is looking to slowly bring more players into the mobile version. If you didn’t end up making the initial cut, you could be invited sometime soon, so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox.
If you want to tryout the game for yourself on iOS devices, you can still sign up here. The game is only available to those who have a steady internet connection and have a device that can install iOS11, however, and will only work on iPhone 6S/SE, iPad Mini 4, IPad Air 2, and later devices.
