A new series of patch notes have released for Hunt: Showdown, the supernatural-based PvPvE game where players enter the swamps of Louisana seeking to grab the biggest bounty. The developers, Crytek, are still working on the same issues from the previous update, they’ve made a great deal of progress on some of them. Plus, players are going to notice weapons and items in the shop cost significantly less.

This update, 1.0.3, focuses on keeping players’ money in their pockets. Several items have gone down in price, from the favorite weapons to the useful items players can choose to take with them. These items are meant to assist them in an array of situations they may encounter while seeking out their bounty.

A difficulty level about the game focuses on players having to purchase new Hunters to take out against a bounty. If the Hunter dies while on the hunt, they permanently die and lose all of the equipment they were carrying, this mechanic may entice hardcore players to seek alternatives when in a game. This tactic means some players are farming money and not going after the big monster, despite the more substantial payout. They may feel it’s better to get a small amount of money and experience and live another day than risk it all.

The patch should download automatically. Make sure it’s appropriately queued on your download manager before you play. Here’s the full list of patch notes below:
