Mortal Kombat 11 April 29 Patch Changelog

The long awaited update for Mortal Kombat 11 has been released on the PlayStation 4.

At launch, Mortal Kombat 11 was heavily criticized for how unfair some of the towers were. Towers are a series of matches you can have, with each proceeding match becoming more and more difficult.

However that is where the issue stems from, the towers became too difficult for players. Not only that, but the rewards were tiny in comparison to the effort you have to go through to complete these towers.

It made Mortal Kombat 11 feel very grinding, as you need multiple types of currency to get new costumes, moves, or other valuable in-game goods. The only way to get these currencies was to do towers, which were too complicated at times.

The CPU opponents you face in Towers would often equip modifiers that gave them an edge in battle and were at times impossible to get pass.

The update is available right now on the PS4; WB goes into detail what the update brings. Here it is, as listed on Reddit.
