NBA 2K20 is getting a free demo today. The demo covers the MyCareer portion of the game, giving players a good look at what the game is capable of before release. The demo is due to release at 11 am EDT, today, on PS4, Xbox One, and Switch.

You can locate the NBA 2K20 demo on the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, and Nintendo eShop by searching for “NBA 2K20 Demo”, or looking under the relevant demo section in each store. When you download the demo, you start by building a player, then jump into the early portions of the MyCareer mode.

NBA 2K20 switches up the player creation this time, as the stats you invest in influence your character’s archetype. You need to decide how much you want to spend in Playmaking, Finishing, Shooting or Defense, and then have a chance to test out the player before you begin your career. MyCareer brings some star power this time out, with Idris Elba and Rosario Dawson lending their voice acting talents and appearances to the mode.

NBA 2K20 releases on Sept. 6 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.
