At 6:30 a.m., the Pokémon Company launched a livestream for the upcoming Sword and Shield video games. The livestream will be a full 24-hours stream that’ll last until 6:30 a.m. on Saturday. The livestream is in-game footage of a specific area in the Galar region, the brand new Pokémon region.

For the most part, the livestream has been stuck in one location. It is a forest area with plenty of big mushrooms, but hardly any Pokémon walk by. Any Pokémon that does walk by is only on screen for a brief second, and most of the Pokémon that walks are not even new Pokémon. Not much is revealed for most of the stream, other than the fact that there was horse Pokémon that is probably a Galarian form of Ponyta.

At around 2 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time, a brand new Pokémon, was spotted in the background. However, before we could get a better look at the Pokémon, an Impidimp walked in and covered the Pokémon.

This new Pokémon was walking in the distance, and before we could get a full view of it, the Impidimp walked up to the camera and blocked our view. We only get a good look at its head, and what looks like its tail in the back. It has goat-like features; it has something on its head that could be some sort of horns.

There isn’t a lot of information on this Pokémon other than what we saw. We can’t tell what type it is, or really what animal it is supposed to be based on.
