Sony has just revealed the lineup of free games for PlayStation Plus subscribers in Asia and Japan.
Users in Western territories are still waiting to learn the details about the lineup in a few days – it should be around next week – but can now have an idea about which games could be coming their way thanks to this news.
PlayStation Plus free games for Asia in May will be featuring The Witness, Metal Gear Survive and an exclusive Toro theme.
The lineup is slightly different for Japan since it’s ditching The Witness in favor of Darksiders: Warmastered Edition.
We’ve already received The Witness in the past as a free game so it should be ditched for Europe and the United States as well.
Metal Gear Survive is a survival based Metal Gear title, the first to have not been built with Hideo Kojima at the helm of the series, and has not been praised mainly because of Konami screwing around with him. Not a bad game at all, anyway.
Here’s a treat for all PS Plus members! Metal Gear Survive and The Witness will be FREE to download from 9th May to 4th June! pic.twitter.com/MW7N8kGmWA

The reveal should happen between next Tuesday and Wednesday, so we won’t have to wait that long to learn all the specifics of the launch.
You still have a few days to download Conan Exiles and The Surge for free.
