Pokemon Sword and Shield will be getting a 24-hour stream to up the excitement in the run-up to the game’s launch. The stream will take place on October 4, and will feature unannounced features and components of Pokemon Sword and Shield. The stream is due to focus on the Glimwood Tangle Forest area of the Galar region, so expect to see a whole lot of Pokemon, and hopefully a few surprise ones too.
I’m hoping to see more of the Pokemon from the Galar region that we have already seen, as well as some new ones. I would happily sit and watch a 24-hour stream dedicated to Wooloo, who is the best Pokemon of all time.
The stream will begin at 8 am CT on October 4, and you can watch it just by clicking the embedded video above, so make sure you bookmark that Youtube channel, or subscribe to it and hit the little notification bell.
I would expect this to be one part of an increased marketing push as the game gets closer and closer to release. Hopefully, we will have plenty of sneaks peek at content and features to get us all nice and excited for the next installment in the fan favorite series of games.
Pokemon Sword and Shield is set to launch for the Nintendo Switch on November 15.
