The pack contains a random DLC operator that you don’t already own or 25,000 Renown for those who already own all the operators. To claim your free loot, all you have to do is log in to the game.

Rainbow Six Siege has turned into something of a smash hit for Ubisoft. The aggressively tactical game provided people with something that just wasn’t available outside of Counter-Strike. Its deep mix of tactical based gameplay and hair-trigger gunplay won over a lot of people.
Some players have had some issues getting their Holiday Pack, but if this happens to you, be advised that Ubisoft is aware of the problem.
For anyone who doesn’t own Rainbow Six Siege yet, you can pick up the Starter Set in the Steam sale at a 40% discount. The Standard, Advanced, Gold and Complete Editions are currently 70% off!
It’s not a bad time to jump into the game, why not treat yourself for Christmas?
We are aware of an issue with the Holiday Pack conversion system, preventing players that own all DLC Operators from redeeming their 25,000 Renown.
We are investigating and will update you when we know more!
