Watch out Fortnite and PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, a new battle royale title has entered the genre. But this one is a bit different. No, it’s very different.
Rapture Rejects is a top-down 2D battle royale game based on the Cyanide & Happiness webcomic. The game features the iconic look and art style of the webcomic, and you can bet it will retain its signature dark humor, too.
The game’s storyline revolves around God going “on something of a binge drinking session” and accidentally beaming up the worst of humanity to heaven in Rapture, according to PC Gamer.
“Scavenge for weapons and kill every other person on Earth, to impress the almighty enough to let you into Heaven,” said the game’s description.
The game is under development by Galvanic Games in collaboration with Explosm. Not much else known about the title right now, but you can sign up for the Alpha on the game’s website.
