Talking with the investors, Take-Two president Karl Slatoff has shared some thoughts about next-generation consoles, which are rather important if you think T2 is the publisher behind Red Dead Redemption 2.

“This is an incredibly exciting time for our company and the industry,” Slatoff told the investors.

“The promise of new technology, more powerful platforms, and emerging distribution and business models such as streaming and subscription services all have the potential to enhance our growth rate and provide incremental margin opportunities”.

According to the president, “we remain highly enthusiastic about our future and believe that with our industry-leading creative assets and commitment to innovation, we’re well-position to capitalize on the many positive trends in our industry, and to provide value to our customers.”

At this stage, we don’t have confirmations of Take-Two games in the making for the next-generation consoles.

However, with Borderlands 3 and the next BioShock still to be unveiled, it’s likely those are releasing for PS5 and Xbox Scalett too, and the same goes for a new version of Red Dead Redemption 2.
