The Resident Evil Remake game is based off of the remastered version of the game that released for the GameCube in 2002. Capcom have rereleased Resident Evil 4 to so many different platforms over the years, they should have it set to a formula by this point. It’s come to the Wii, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, to name a few platforms. It was only a matter of time before it made its way to the Switch.
Fans in North America have the option of purchasing Resident Evil 0 and the Resident Evil Remake as a physical copy, paired together in a package called the Resident Evil Origins Collection. You’ll still have to purchase Resident Evil 4 from the Nintendo Switch eShop to have all three.
You can pre-order titles starting on Feb. 28. Capcom still has not listed any pricing for these games, though.
