Rocksteady, developer of much awaited and highly anticipated game Batman: Arkham City, has confirmed that Arleen Sorkin voice behind Harley Quinn in Batman: Arkham Asylum, won’t be returing for Arkham City.

Sarah Wellock, Rocksteady European community manager confirmed the news on its forum. He further added that in Arkham City the character will be played by Tara Strong.
Batman: Arkham City is slated to release on October 18 in United States and on October 21 in UK for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
