It has been in news for a pretty long time, that gamers are looking forward to having exclusive titles for the Xbox family, on the other side Sony is indomitable for PS4 special titles. There were many rumors that pointed towards Microsoft plan for doing something to bring Xbox exclusive games, but yet there is no detailed report or official statement on the same. We had covered a news recently “Microsoft’s Strategy For 2018 And Beyond” according to which Microsoft is prepared to attract a lot of third-party developers to bring some Xbox exclusive into reality.

Another rumor came out through Polygon, that speaks of Acquisition Rumors. An analysis article is posted on the website, which implies that Microsoft is considering in acquiring studios like EA, Valve or PUBG Corp to bring Xbox exclusive titles in future. As per the article two analyst SuperData Research CEO Joost, van Dreunen and David Cole, owner of DFC Intelligence shared some insight on Microsoft’s step on the acquisition.

“Because of where we are in the lifecycle of all these things, I’m expecting to hear Microsoft announce something very, very shortly,” said van Dreunen.

“He came on at a time when the Xbox One was in a bad position,” said Cole. “I think he’s made the best of a bad situation. The overall strong position of the company is positive because it gives the room to invest in gaming.”

Some of the big names that came out are EA, Valve and PUBG Corp. Large acquisition by the company is possible, especially when EA comes in the picture. Microsoft will be taking a bit step if the rumor turned out to be true.
