In time for the significant Triple Force Friday Global Reveal taking place in a few hours, Electronic Arts and Respawn debuted a new trailer for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. And it packs a wallop, giving players an idea of what kind of battles await young Cal Kestis.

Kestis, a Jedi Padawan being hunted down by the Empire, finds some solace with his mentor Cere Jundo and her crew. They pick him up while he is under attack from the vicious Second Sister. They barely escape an encounter with her and proceed to a new mission, only to find bigger and deadlier enemies waiting for them.

The trailer introduces players to new characters, but also a good amount of gameplay. These include Dark Souls-style battles with giant creatures and encounters with enemy troopers, along with the Second Sister herself.

Given the dynamic combat system Respawn has in place for Jedi: Fallen Order – along with its platforming segments – fans of the franchise are probably in for a treat. The real question here is how tough things will get. Will the game near Dark Souls-like difficulty? Or will it have something a little more balanced for younger players to get in on the action?

The answers will come soon enough. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order releases on Nov. 15 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. The trailer is available below – and hopefully, we’ll see some greatness come from this sweet-looking game. The Force is strong with it.
