The latest Tetris game for the Nintendo Switch, Tetris 99, has been revealed. It is a Tetris and battle royale hybrid.
During today’s Nintendo Direct, the company has unveiled the latest Tetris gaming experience.
Tetris 99 combines two of the world’s most popular gaming trends, Tetris and battle royale games, to make a brand new kind of Tetris. Tetris 99 has you compete with 99 other Tetris players in a free-for-all battle to see who is the very best. You play Tetris as normal, and your goal is to be the last Tetris player standing once it is all over. Players can attack other players by giving them new obstacles.
The game is available as a free download for all players with a Nintendo Switch online subscription. The game is available for free, and will be obtainable for download later this day.
