Pour yourself a cup of coffee, Twin Peaks fans. A dose of virtual reality goodness is coming—and it’s not too far off.

Showtime, in collaboration with the newcomer developers at Collider Games (this is their first project), have announced Twin Peaks VR, based on the TV series of the same name. It’s set to arrive later this month for Steam, Oculus Rift, and HTC Vive. Oculus Quest and PlayStation VR versions will follow sometime next year. David Lynch, the creator of the series, is also involved in the project, though his actual role hasn’t been disclosed just yet.

The debut trailer for Twin Peaks VR is below, and it’s.. very out there. Featuring references that capture key moments in the series’ 30-year history, it “combines the supernatural, adventure and escape room genres, challenging players to solve puzzles and discover Easter Eggs as they explore detailed and authentic environments,” according to the press release. Yes, fans, that includes familiar locations like the Red Room, the Fireman’s Home By the Sea, and the Glass Box Observation.

That’s all we know about the story thus far, though you will be able to interact with items throughout the world. The trailer features your character picking up an axe and interacting with other clues.

The real question, however, is what kind of Easter Eggs await. A hot cup of coffee? A backwards-talking dwarf? Here’s hoping we get a Kyle McLachlan cameo as well.
