Nintendo kicked off today’s Nintendo Direct with a big surprise— we are getting a brand new Luigi’s Mansion game for the Nintendo Switch.
A small teaser trailer showed off the new look of the ghosts, some of the new haunted areas, and how a nerve wracked Luigi will look on the Switch.

It seems Luigi didn’t die in Dracula’s Castle after all, though he might want to stay in his league, monster-busting-wise.
It has been over five years since fans last got their hands on a Luigi’s Mansion title. The 3DS title, Luigi’s Mansion Dark Moon, released in March 2013.
Luigi’s Mansion 3 will be arriving in 2019. The first game of the series will also be getting a remaster on Nintendo 3DS on Oct. 12.
