In Story 14 – On The Run Walkthrough of Detroit Become Human Kara and Alice are chased by Connor. There are around four endings in this chapter. You will play as Connor and Kara side by side where Kara is trying to escape with Alice, and Connor is chasing them. Crossing the highway safely triggers most of the endings.
After the last chapter Waiting for Hank is over, you will once again continue as Kara in this chapter On The Run. Back at the shelter either Motel, Abandoned Car or House whichever you pick you will have to escape the police. Once Kara sees the police you have to get out and monitor the Danger Level while walking on the road. The next challenge is crossing a highway, different choices will trigger different ending. The safest one is not to chase Kara and Alice as Connor, they will reach the train station and escape.
On The Run Walkthrough
In this chapter, Kara and Alice will have to escape the police. Connor and Hank will try to catch them, depending on the options you pick there will be four possible endings.
The Motel: If you had picked to stay at the motel, you will have to do a few basic things before moving ahead. Kara will change her appearance by trimming down the hair, you will have the choice to pick the color and then pull out the processing led. You will also comfort Kara by giving her a Bath or Food. The objective is to get outside once the police arrive by picking up Contact Android while talking to Kara. Connor will arrive at the reception and will insist Hank go with him.
The Squat: If you had selected to live in the old house, then after waking up first check the fire. You can explore the house till Alice wakes up. You can find some clothes on the top floor in the first room on the left side. Look on the wardrobe, change your clothes and go to the bathroom for trimming the hair and plucking out processing led. In the bathtub, you will see a dead body. Look through the window and you will notice the cops. Go down, Ralph will bring a dead animal to feed the girl. You can agree to Sit or Refuse. After a while, you will switch to Connor to investigate the fugitives. Go to the main door and scan the android. You will have to analyze three clues, two on the right of the head and one is the left near processing led. Just do nothing after that and Hank will appear and you continue with the chase. But if you pick to investigate then pick the options you see on screen, later you have to check the whole house and finally, you will see Kara and Alice hiding below stairs. But Ralph will stop you and both will run away. Back to the chase part.
Ending 1 – Kara And Alice Vanished
Reach the Train Station
Once outside Kara will have to avoid the police officers in his path. You have to sneak past cops. Press the key appearing on the screen as you move. You have to change your path to avoid the cops, but in the end, both will be spotted. You can also see the Danger Level on the screen. So just keep moving around and pick up an umbrella in the end. Two officers will spot Kara and next begins Connor’s chase. If you don’t chase then Kara and Alice will vanish, they catch the train.
Ending 1 – Kara And Alice Crossed The Highway
Go slow once the chase begins, you can run few steps and then stop. Keep doing it until you find Kara and Alice crossing a fence, wait there for a while until they cross the first side of the highway. Hank will order you to stop, don’t go. Both will cross the highway and vanish.
Ending 2 – Kara And Alice Reached The Other Side
You will have to reach on time, once Kara and Alice cross the fence an officer will try to shoot them. Connor will stop the officer. Both will be on the highway and will try to cross it. You will see the keys flashing on the screen where you will be controlling Kara and Alice to safely cross the other side. Hank will order Connor to stop, if you agree then you will see Kara and Alice running to the second half of highway. Press the keys properly so that they can cross safely to the other side.
Ending 3 – Kara And Alice Died on the Highway – Connor, Kara and Alice Dies
If you did not obey Hank and choose to chase Kara and Alice you will be on the highway. If you choose not to press the keys and let Connor die, Kara and Alice on the other side will be struggling to cross. Somehow Alice will cross but if you went slow in saving Kara, she will get hit by a car. Alice will come to see and she will also die in an accident.
Ending 4 – Kara and Alice Reached The Other Side – Connor Dies
Back to the point where Connor saw Alice and Kara jumping over the fence, they are first to reach the highway. Hank will arrive and stop Connor from chasing them. On the other side, you will be helping Kara and Alice to cross the highway. If you disobey Hank, and press the keys in time you will be able to cross the first half of highway. Keep running and press the keys on time and you will be able to catch Kara. As Kara, you will have to push Connor in front of a truck and run to the other side. So Connor dies and everyone is safe.
