In the last mission Sodom? Back to Gomorrah Arthur along with Bill and Karen looted a bank in Valentine. After the robbery they returned back to the camp. The next mission Blessed are the Peacemakers, you have to talk to Micah. He will call Mr. Pearson and tell a story on Colm O’Driscoll.

For Gold Medal you will need to escape and perform self-surgery within 1 minute and next find your weapons from O’Driscoll’s camp. You will have to kill the gang members who attacked you and escape the camp without getting noticed.
Follow Micah| Blessed are the Peacemakers
Once you find Micah in the camp there will be a cutscene, he will shout the mission title. In the talk you will find Mr. Pearson will tell you about O’Driscolls want to parley and settling down things like gentleman. Dutch will be unsure about the thing and will share what the reason of rivalry between Colm O’Driscolls and Dutch.
The Vantage Point | Blessed are the Peacemakers
After reaching a hill point you will have to take a vantage point to keep an eye on Dutch and Micah. You will have to follow a yellow line on the mini-map to reach on the top of the hill. They will go to sort out things by meeting O’Driscolls. Dutch and Colm will talk to each other, aim for the head. Dutch and Colm will start talking and there will be a cutscene.
Escape the O’Driscolls | Blessed are the Peacemakers
Some will knockout Arthur, and he wakes up tied up and getting beaten by O’Driscolls. After waking up you will be disoriented, you have to try escaping far from the men. Turn around and run, you will be caught once again. Once you wake up you will see yourself tied on the horse back, the next vision is at the gang’s hideout and finally you will wake up when Colm comes to interrogate you. This is where you will be fully awake, but tried upside down in a small room.
After beating Arthur Comb will go away and he will region consciousness. There is a metal file on the table next to you, swing to reach it and to free yourself. You will see the keys you need to press to swing right. One of the gold metal requirements is to free you in one minute. Next Arthur will treat the wound on this shoulder, first heat the file for a while and then press the keys to insert it on the shoulder. You will need to Position it first and then twist it. Just press the key prompts you will see on both right of the screen. Next Pour the gunpowder on the wound and burn it.
Just after a short while a gang member will be come down to check, stealth kill him. Don’t rush to go out and there is no need to kill. Once you are out there will be two guards one who walk on the left and another one standing in the front near a tree. Kill him from behind and you will get a revolver. You will also have a knife so you can clear your path without creating much noise. You can loot the bodies, but be watchful of your surroundings, the mini-map will be helpful. Take your horse and follow the yellow line out of the region.
You will Arthur will be fading out slowly as he try to ride the horse, keep moving towards the yellow circle. Arthur’s horse will carry him back to the camp and his allies will save him. Dutch will also be able to make his way to the camp. The last cutscene shows after few weeks Arthur is back. The mission ends here.
