The more Parts you unlock in Star Wars: Galactic Racer, the more options you get to upgrade your vehicle after each run. Compared to regular stat boosts, you can use Parts to give more “preset” effects to your ride, making them a vital part of any build.
But with 300+ Parts to unlock, getting all options for your ride can seem like a monumental task; it might be of interest to learn that unlocking all Galactic Racer Parts is actually a straightforward process. However, just because it’s straightforward doesn’t mean it’s going to be quick.
A quick introduction to Parts

For a quick recap, Parts simulate tinkering with your ride to give it a wide range of extra “quirks” to make it stand out. Three of you might be using Speeder Bikes in a race, but you have these extra special thrusters that give your Afterburner a good boost. Maybe at some point you had this bad component that made your turning worse, but your Ramjets were just a sight to behold.
Mechanics-wise, these Parts provide hard-set effects to your vehicles. They might help compensate for some stat you’re lacking, or they might actually complement whatever build you’re hoping to achieve. There are 300+ Parts to choose from, so you can definitely mix and match to your heart’s desire.
Unlock all Parts in Star Wars: Galactic Racer

Unlike other games, you don’t need to meet strict unlock requirements to get all Parts in Star Wars: Galactic Racer. Truth be told, the fact that they appear randomly in a Tour means there are even more variables to mix and match once you start unlocking more Parts.
That being said, you can unlock Parts simply by completing Galactic Racer Tour Events. The more Events you finish, the more Parts you unlock by the time you reach a specific threshold. The estimate is around 6-10 Parts per threshold you reach.
Assuming you get through every Event per Act, here’s every threshold you can pass:
- Act 1 (13 Events): 4, 8, 12
- Act 2 (18 Events, Total 31): 16, 20, 25, 30
- Act 3 (27 Events, Total 58): 35, 40, 45, 50, 55
- Other Thresholds: 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 91, 97, 103, 109, 115
The quickest way to unlock all Parts
Considering there’s a chance you would have to restart an Act every so often, this means you can meet the higher threshold counts without even noticing it. If you want to focus on unlocking Parts as quickly as possible, you can also stick to repeating a specific Act over and over by deliberately losing the capstone match:
Assuming you’re already at the 58 Tours threshold…
- Act 1 (4-5 repeats): This is the shortest Act to repeat but also lacks some features. If you fail the capstone against Sebulba, it might take 4 to 5 repeats to unlock all Parts
- Act 2 (3 repeats): This is the mid-point length that most players prefer. If you lose the capstone against Kestar Bool, you just need to repeat Act 2 around 3 more times to unlock all Parts, with a need for maybe 1-2 extra races.
- Act 3 (1 repeat): Considered the most difficult of the three Acts, unadvisable for repeats, but if you have a good build, then it would just need one more runthrough to unlock all Parts, with a need for maybe 1-2 extra races.
Frequently Asked Questions about unlocking Parts in Star Wars: Galactic Racer
