Fortnite went down, and then it came back up. When it came back up in the latest update, there’s a whole new world for players to explore. Not only are players going to get the chance to complete a unique array of challenges with new weapons and guns, but they have the opportunity to gain new skins. Skins are a huge component in Fortnite, allowing players to make their characters stand out from the standard choices. In this guide, we’re going to cover the newest skins to arrive in Fortnite‘s Chapter 2 update.

All New Skins in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 1

There are a handful of skins available in Fortnite. When players first jump into the game, they’re going to need to go through their first match. After that, players have the option to purchase the game’s battle pass. The battle pass is going to be active for a certain amount of time during Chapter 2’s first season. Players can expect their battle pass to level up with them, giving them access to exclusive items. Those who do not want to pay for the pass can take part in the free version. However, when you buy the pass, you are going to get more in-game cosmetic items.

Here are all of the available skins for the first season:

  • 8-Ball
  • Cameo
  • Fusion
  • Journey
  • Remedy
  • Rippley
  • Turk

Each of the cosmetic options come with a uniquely alternative style a player can choose to place on if they complete a specific challenge. The challenges are only available for those who purchase the battle pass. Here are the current styles with their alternative looks.

8-Ball and Scratch

Every group needs the odd person out to look like they showed up to the costume party wearing the wrong outfit. Despite this, 8-ball and Scratch look great in their ninja wear and players who want to show how sneaky and silent they are need to get these skins. It’s on level 60 of the battle pass.

Journey and Hazard

Turn the lovely adventurer into an adventurer with a black outfit, and green outlines. Both of these skins are ready to climb and check out the new map. Players are likely going to receive this one, too, given it comes with the battle pass.

You’re going to modify this helpful medic into a lover of toxic messes. Make sure you check out her challenges to make her look like she’s about to open up a chemical factory. These are on level 40 of the battle pass.
