The MK2 Carbine is a unique weapon in the Call of Duty franchise. For players with a predilection for long-range, this weapon plays very differently than a standard sniper rifle.

MK2 Carbine is a lever-action marksman rifle that can be used for mid to long-range but doesn’t feel like the other marksman rifles available in the game. Generally, players will either love this weapon or hate it with no in-between. The rifle can deliver some devastating one-shot kills, but it is also known for awkward or nonsensical hit markers. This weapon has a low maximum ammo count, so having the Munitions Crate field upgrade is a must with this weapon. Sleight of Hand is also essential as reloading the MK2 is similar to reloading a pump-action shotgun. One round is loaded at a time, and you can fire mid-reload, but fully reloading takes a lot longer than with other weapons.
