Divinity: Original Sin II is an RPG game from Larian Studios. It is a sequel to 2014’s Divinity: Original Sin. The game was launched on PC on September 14, however, the launch was not as smooth as we all expected it to be. 1: Fix SAVE GAME BUG

Larian Studios has just released a new Hotfix for Divinity: Original Sin 2 to fix the nasty Quick loading and Save Game issue. The Save Game issue in Divinity: Original Sin 2 worked something like this – when the player tried to Reload a Save Game, Divinity: Original Sin 2 crashes and the redirects player to the Desktop. Thankfully, Larian Studios released a hotfix – 10MB in size to fix this issue.

To download this update all you need to do is RELOAD Steam. Many players have given us a confirmation that the update has indeed fixed that Major Save Bug in Divinity: Original Sin 2. So enjoy your playthrough.

2: Save Game Location

You can find you Divinity: Original Sin II Save Game at this location: \Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin 2\PlayerProfiles\<ProfileName>\Savegames\LatestSave\LatestSave.lsv

3: Divinity Engine 2 Missing .LSB File FIX

Someone of you might have encountered an error which reads: Divinity Engine 2 Missing .LSB File. Follow the steps to fix this issue.

  • Step 1: Go to Divinity Original Sin 2 Director
  • Step 2: Select DATA Folder, RIGHT-CLICK on it and select PROPERTIES option
  • Step 3: Uncheck READ ONLY Checkbox
  • Step 4: Click APPLY and OK
  • Step 5: That’s it

4: Alternative Loading Screen

  • Step 3: Now Delete the folder – Public/Game/GUI
