Sothis is available for romance, regardless of the gender you play as.

Usually, there are a lot of ways to build up your Support Rank with a character. You can give them gifts, fight alongside them, or have tea with them, or many more options. Sothis is a little different due to the nature of the character. You will end up having conversations with Sothis once a month, and if you can choose the correct interactions, it will improve your Support Rank with her.

This is the only way to improve your Support Rank with her, so pick your answers very carefully. Pay attention to her personality type, and the types of answers she likes to hear. Sothis usually likes when you are grateful for her help and advice, so that is always a good route to take when talking to her.

The ability to pick your wife/husband will appear at the end of the game, based off your Support Rank with various characters. One of the options will just read as “????”, and this is the option you choose if you wish to marry Sothis.
