Head for the desk in the lab, right after you get control of your character, to find the photograph on the desk.

Mark 3 Lancers Blueprint

From there, walk into the room to continue the game, then turn to the left. You will find the Blueprint at the end on a crate.

Trauma Record: Marcus Fenix

Go to the opposite end of the hall to find the next collectible on the small cart there. It can be a little hard to spot.

Gym Notice To Trainees

Continue through the mission until you spawn in the gym. When you are done punching things, check the wall to find the Gym Notice.

DBI Marketing Brochure

Leave the gym, turn right and go to the brightly lit room at the end of the hall. You will find the DBI Marketing Brochure on a seat to the left side of the door.
