How to catch the Barreleye in Animal Crossing: New Horizons

One of the new fish that was added to Animal Crossing: New Horizons is the Barreleye. This fish is worth a whopping 15000 Bells, making it a very attractive prospect for islanders. If you need to make some Bells fast, then catching a Barreleye is a good way to go.

To find the Barreleye, you will need to look for fish spawns in the sea. The Barreleye has a medium-sized shadow, but that doesn’t guarantee you will catch it, as many fish share this shadow size. The Barreleye will be available to catch from 9 pm to 4 am all year round.
