Bugs are all over in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. You can find them in a variety of places, and sometimes they only show up in specific conditions. One bug you can encounter is the man faced stink bug, and after you give it to Blathers for the museum, you can receive a reasonable price for it.

You can catch this bug from March to October, and it’s active from 7:00pm to 8:00am. You won’t be able to locate this bug by looking around on the ground. Instead, you want to be on the lookout for flowers. These creatures thrive on hanging around flowers, casually sitting on them to rest during the late evenings. When you see it, you want to make sure not to scare it, and slowly creep up on it with your net. Once you’re close, pounce on it to capture it.

Make sure to add to Blathers’ collection in the museum the first time you capture it. After that, you can freely sell it on the market for 800 Bells. They’re a reasonably common bug to find out in the wild, so if you keep a healthy amount of flowers on your island and regularly visit them in the evenings, you might a handful of man faced stink bugs available for you to capture.

There are plenty of bugs in New Horizons for you to capture. You can find them in a variety of different places, such as tree stumps, on villagers, and roaming your island on the ground. Make sure to be on the lookout for them to capture them all for the museum.
