How to Take Out Five Piranha Plants in Mario Kart Tour

In this guide, we will show you how to easily take out five piranha plants in Mario Kart Tour.

More challenges have arrived in Mario Kart Tour with the weekly update. One of this week’s challenges is to take out five piranha plants. In this guide, we will show you the best way to do it.

The best course to do this challenge is the Yoshi Circuit in the Yoshi Cup. The Piranha Plants are large plants that grow out of tubes at the side of the course. If you have Yoshi as a driver, you’ll have a significant advantage, as Yoshi can Frenzy on this track and will be able to run over the Piranha Plants while in Frenzy mode.

Any other driver will need to get lucky with a Giant Mushroom, and only then will they be able to run the Piranha Plants over and take them out.

Not long after the start of the race, there is a section with three Piranha Plants on the right side of the track. Ideally, you want to try and hit Frenzy or get a Giant Mushroom for this section.

Then you can just run over the remaining Piranha Plants. If you are fortunate, you will get five of them over the course of two laps. If not, don’t worry, as you don’t need to get this challenge finished up in one race, and you have a full week to grind the course to finish it.
