How to get the new Glacial, Mossy, and Magnetic Lures in Pokémon Go

Niantic just added a bunch of new lures into the game. So how do we get our hands on them?

Niantic just added three new types of Lures into Pokémon Go and fans are going crazy trying to get them.

These three Lure Modules, known as Glacia, Mossy, and Magnetic, all need to be attached to a Poké-Stop to be used which means that other trainers can siphon off of you if needs to get special Pokémon spawns in a nearby location.

Glacial Lure Modules attract certain Pokémon that love the cold, such as Water- and Ice-Type Pokémon. Mossy Lure Modules attract certain Pokémon that love to frolic among the leaves, such as Bug-, Grass-, and Poison-Type Pokémon. And Magnetic Lure Modules attract certain Pokémon that are drawn to electromagnetic forces, such as some Electric-, Steel-, and Rock-type Pokémon.

But how exactly do we get a hold of these Lures?

Sadly, the only known way to get the items at this time is through purchasing them in the in-game shop. They will cost 200 Poké Coins each so you will either need to save up your Gym winnings or pay real-world money to get them at the time of writing.

There will be ways to get them for free in the future, with Niantic promising to make them obtainable through Special Research tasks, but for the time being, this is the only way to go about getting them.

Just make sure you use one when you are ready to evolve your Pokémon. Glaceon, Leafeon, Probopass, and Magnezone can only be evolved through Lures, so make sure not to waste them.
