Star Cards List And What They Do – Star Wars Battlefront II

Star Cars in Battlefront 2 is a modified progress system that has been introduce before, but this time it has came with major changes. In this guide, you can find the list of cards divided on the basis of four classes, which are Assault, Officer, Heavy, and Specialist. The Star Cars will help you to get new abilities and equipment in multiplayer matches. There are limited cards available which are divided on the basis of the above classes. So having them let you upgrade your character and earn new abilities. Picking the right card will help you to adjust the character strengths.

Battlefront II Starcards List

You can equip the card on the basis of classes you had selected in the match. There are three Star Card Slot, and these are swappable. The cards are divided into two sections. Boost Card which add enhancement to the card and Ability Card that offer new equipment and tools. These cards comes common, uncommon, rare and epic ranks, the more rare it is, the more powerful upgrades you get. You can also locate a few of them in the loot boxes or you can buy them.

List of Star Cards for Assault Class:

This class consist short-to-medium range troopers who are good in firepower and mobility. Assault Class players are the one who are on the front line of attack, they make way for others.

Ability Cards:

  • Improved Thermal Detonator: Increase in the blast radius and low recharge time in Thermal Detonator.
  • Acid Launcher: Weapon that fire canister with a powerful Acid attack that can cause damage over time.
  • Smart Ion Grenade: Grenade that can automatically detonate near any enemy shield and vehicles with heavy damage.
  • Slug Vanguard: Enhanced Vanguard with a single slug that boost accuracy and range.
  • Recharge Vanguard: Enhanced Vanguard to replenish your abilities after defeating an enemy.
  • Killstreak Vanguard: Enhanced Vanguard to replenish your active time after defeating an enemy.
  • Improved Scan Dart: Enhanced Scan Dart that will remain active for longer time showing enemy’s location.
  • Toughen Up: Instantly refill your health when this is active.
  • Flash Pistol: Blind victims through this pistol.

Boost Cards:

  • Assault Training: Earn small health after beating every enemy.
  • Marksman: Weapon Heat reset on headshot, less heat is produced until you overheat it again.
  • Expert Weapons Handling: Increase weapon cooling success state.
  • Brawler: Get a small amount of health when you kill a enemy in melee combat. It also refreshes your ability.
  • Bodyguard: Reduce Damage from explosion and toxins.
  • Survivalist: Reduce Health regeneration delay than normal.
  • Bounty Hunter: Earn Battle Points at the higher rate.
  • Resourceful: Shorter recharge time for all abilities recharge.

List of Star Cards for Officer Class:

The class allows you to plant Blaster Turrets a good way to slow down enemies. The class is more like a support where you can heal others in the game.

Ability Cards:

  • Improved Flash Grenade: Enhanced Flash Grenade with higher blast radius and damage.
  • Homing Shot: Fire a guided missile on enemy after locking them down using this weapon.
  • Defuser: Use this weapon to defuse any incoming explosive by creating a electrically charge field for the limited time.
  • Blast Command: Enhanced version of Battle Command that offers unlimited blaster cooling to the player and to the nearby allies for short time.
  • Recharge Command: Boost the player and the allies in the same area by taking your abilities out of recharge and boost recharge speed for a short time.
  • Improved Battle Command: Enhanced version of Battle Command with less recharge time and higher radius.
  • Improved Blaster Turret: Enhanced version of Blaster Turret that will boost health and recharge time for a short period. Get Self-destruct under retrigger action.
  • Squad Shield: Create an energy shield which will protect allies from blasters and energy weapons. Get Undeploy under retrigger action.
  • Disruption: Create a burst of ionized energy using this defusion device capable of overheating enemy’s weapon. It can also defuse explosives and disable turrets for a short time.

  • Officer’s Presence: Reduce the time before nearby ally’s health regeneration starts.
  • Marksman: Weapon Heat reset on headshot, less heat is produced until you overheat it again.

Players in this class has a good shield and can cause good damage if able to penetrate into an enemy group. With lot of fire power and strength the players under this can break the enemy units.

Ability Cards:

  • Defender: Earn a small score for every hit you take.
  • Improved Impact Grenade: Enhanced Impact Grenade with higher blast radius and short recharge time.
  • Ion Torpedo: Lock Vehicles through this weapon and fire a missile that can cause high damage.
  • Detonite Charge: Powerful Explosive Device that can detonate on will. Get Detonate under retrigger action.
  • Mobile Sentry: Get a light Sentry that will contribute in better mobility but reduce the damage output. Health regeneration also begins as you deploy Sentry mode.
  • Supercharge Sentry: Get the supercharged version with the small explosive blast with every shot. Health regeneration also begins as you deploy Sentry mode.
  • Explosive Sentry: Get the heavy version with the high explosive blast with slow fire rate. Due to the weight of this weapon you cannot fire while running.
  • Improve Combat Shield: Enhanced version of Combat Shield with additional health and fast recharge. Get Undeploy under retrigger action.
  • Barrage: Fire small grenades with this Multi-purpose launcher.

As the name suggest the class ace in combat. It is best offering players a stealth base support taking down enemies from a distance like sniping. The players under this class have many long range weapons, they can setup traps, etc.

Ability Cards:

  • Improved Shock Grenade: Enhanced Shock Grenade with higher radius and duration.
  • Stinger Pistol: A pistol that can fire stinger and cause damage over time. It will block the victim from regenerating health. It can cause extra damage to heroes and villains.
  • Repulsor Cannon: Modified CA-87 Shock Blaster. Fire a strong short-range shock wave.
  • Hardened Infiltration: Enhanced version of Infiltration where you get more damage reduction to boost your survival time.
  • Scramble Infiltration: Enhanced version of Infiltration that can help you to mark the enemies visible to your allies. It can also mess up enemies scanners.
  • Killstreak Infiltration: Enhanced version of Infiltration that can refill your active time when you defeat an enemy.
  • Improved Thermal Binoculars: Enhanced version of binocs, you can tag enemies and share their locations with your allies.
  • Personal Shield: You can create a shield bubble that can block damage from all direction, but prevent you from firing a weapon.
  • Trip Mine: Setup a laser tripwire that detonates whenever a enemy soldier crosses it.
