Not sure how to find your uploaded Course IDs? Here’s where to find them!
Making courses in Super Mario Maker 2 might look daunting, but after some time to learn the controls and familiarize yourself with the user interface, the tools are potent and make for a lot of invention. For a game that has roots that go way back to 1985 and has kept the formula simple as it’s evolved, Mario is certainly capable of some epic stages.
Super Mario Maker 2 has you covered if you’re looking to play a course that uses all of the game’s creative tools, running through an auto-run stage, or engaging with a relaxing one with music attached to it. It’s a hard-as-nails platforming behemoth that frustrates even the most veteran of players. But finding the Course ID for your creation can be confusing. That’s why we are here to help.
After you create your course and save it to your console, go to the main menu and then to Coursebot. This menu is going to provide you with the options to upload the course to the Course World. You’re going to see your Course ID for the first time as it pops up after you upload your course to the Course World menu and complete the level yourself. Make a note of it here if you want to share it immediately with friends.
However, if you’ve mislaid it or you want to double-check the ID on the course, you can do so in the Course World Menu. Head there and go to your Maker Profile by pressing Y. Scroll across to the uploaded courses tab, and click on the course you’re looking to share. Once you are in, you should see an overview of your course, including the number of people to have played it, the World Record time for it, and the Course ID.
From there, copy it down and begin sharing with friends, family, and the rest of the world.
