The developer of the series, Codemasters, has confirmed that Dirt 5 will, in fact, be available for the Xbox Series X and Playstation 5.

Thanks to Xbox’s Smart Delivery system, players who buy Dirt 5 for the Xbox One will receive the version of the game for the Series X at no extra charge. Codemasters also confirmed that PS5 owners will also receive a free copy of Dirt 5 upon purchase of the game for the PS4. This offer applies to individuals who buy either a physical or digital version of the game.

Dirt 5 launches worldwide on November 6 for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. The Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 versions of the game will be released on a date yet to be determined. Dirt 5 will also launch on the Google Stadia platform in 2021
