Sony Santa Monica has revealed details about the next God of War (PS4) patch – it will go live soon and will add Fury Mode’s control remap, fix for bigger texts and many more things.
With a post on the official website, Santa Monica Studio has provided more details about the next God of War updates coming soon, to make the game even better on PS4 and do some adjustments according to feedback.
Among the bug fixing, we can find the ability to remap controls in the Fury Mode, something players have been asking for quite a bit of time in order to have more control on Kratos’ actions in those specific moments of the story.
On top of that, the Californian developer is also working on making the texts both from the menus and the subtitles even bigger, after the first patch that was applied in order to try and fix the issue. The Photo Mode is still in the making.
“We are continuing to investigate an issue where selecting the “New Game” option from the main menu without closing down the application first may result in missing dialogue and possible progression blockers,” further added the studio.
“To avoid this in the meantime, please close down the application before starting a new playthrough. Lastly, we are working to include fixes for some infrequent crashes and bugs to continue to stabilize the experience.”
God of War’s latest patch brought the game at the version 1.17. That update fixed an issue encountered with HDR compatible TVs.
