As the first early reviews have already popped in, it’s interesting to note how long it takes to complete the game’s story.
Considering it’s an action game, with its usual hack ‘n’ slash vibe, it’s worth noting that longevity isn’t the best parameter to judge about its quality.
Anyway, it looks like Capcom has doing a great work under this particular aspect of the game, too.
According to GameSpot, Devil May Cry 5’s story requires around 15 hours to beat, which is a good starting point for a title like this.
Kotaku also says that it has “completed on normal difficulty in around 14 hours. Repeated a lot of levels to get higher ranks.”
On top of that, more difficulties unlock as soon as you complete the game for the first time, so replayability is a factor to take into consideration this time around.
