A new game in the Trials series, Trials Rising, was shown off today at Ubisoft’s E3 Press Conference.

The game, developed by RedLynx, looks a lot like the previous entries in the series. The theme of Trials Rising is a tour around the world. The opening trailer showed off a lot of the crazy antics that fans have come to know from the series, with the authentic Trials charm present throughout.

The game was revealed through a comical introduction by one of the game’s creators, bringing a real-life motorbike into the studio before dropping it at the base of the stage. He then proceeded to go up onto the stage and crash into a nearby structure before introducing himself.

For the first time ever, the game will be coming to a Nintendo system, with a Nintendo Switch version in the works. The game will also be releasing on Xbox One, PS4, and PC. It is set to release in February 2019.

This is the first new Trials game to be released since Trials Fusion, which was released in 2014 with its last DLC, Trials of the Blood Dragon, coming out in 2016. Not much is known about the new title at this time, but Ubisoft did reveal that fans can sign up for a closed beta of the game on its website for later this year.

Good luck signing up, however. The website has been crashing non-stop since the announcement as eager fans look to sign up for the beta.
