Which players to Konami consider the true elite?
Each year PES and FIFA go head to head on a lot of levels. The main one is that they’re both trying to part you from your money. Considering a lot of people neither have the time or spare cash to put into both games, it makes a lot of sense. The way they do this is by trying to improve their product year in, year out with better gameplay, full licenses, enhanced graphics, and a whole host of bells and whistles to entice you in but the one that I look forward to most, is comparing how they’ve rated the same players between the two games.
Elsewhere on this site, I’ve already taken a look at the best-rated players in FIFA 20, and now it’s time to give PES 2020 the same treatment. So what follows is the 50 Best players in PES 2020.

It’s no real shock to see Ronaldo and Messi share the top billing in PES 2020. After all, Juventus are now exclusive to the game, but it still baffles me how both PES 2020 and FIFA 20 have given Neymar such a high rating? The guy is nowhere near the third-best player in the world. He’s proven himself as nothing more than a flash in the pan who’s going to China within the next couple of years, as far as I’m concerned.
I think Mbappé or Sterling are worthier of that spot than Neymar who can only seem to perform in a league that resembles the Scottish Premier. Whenever he’s called upon to do it on the grandest stage of them all, he always falls short.
