Because Control is just that sort of game, you will come to a point where you need to get access to a cross-dimensional mirror. During the Self-Reflection mission, you will come to the room where the mirror is safely locked away and will need to figure out how to get to it.

If you look around the room, you will find two monitor terminals in front of the row of cells. If you take a look at the monitors, you can see the images don’t align with what’s in front of you in the cells. To solve the Mirror Puzzle, you need to make the room you are in match the rooms on the monitors. To solve this puzzle, you want to hit the below buttons:

Right Side

  • First Button
  • Second Button

Left Side

  • Third Button
  • Second Button
  • First Button

Once all the cells have aligned correctly, Jesse comments that it is a weird way to lock something up, and you can now access the mirror down a narrow corridor between the cells. This pathway brings you to an alternate version of the room, and you need to prepare to fight a familiar-looking boss.
