Update: Good news! Control has been released early, and is available to download and play on the Epic Games Store now.

Remedy’s latest game, Control, releases on August 27 as an Epic Store Exclusive on PC, and on PS4 and Xbox One. In the game, you will be trying to get to the bottom of an otherworldly threat. But what time does the game release at?

What Time Does Control Release At?

According to the game’s official Twitter account, control will release on August 27 at 10 am UTC/6 am ETC.

Remember, the Epic Game Store doesn’t have a preload function, so you will need to download the full game at the time of release.

In Control, you play as Jesse Faden as she tries to figure out precisely what is going on, and grow into her role as Director of a shadowy organisation. This supernatural third-person action game gives you an array of supernatural abilities to get to grips with, as well as a richly detailed world to explore.

The game has been reviewing exceptionally well, so it would certainly seem to be worth your time. Personally I just like any game that lets me throw people across the room with my mind. When the game releases we will be working on all sorts of helpful guides, so be sure to check back if you get stuck on any part of the game.
