How to get the Summer Solstice Crown and Winter Solstice Sweater in Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Celebrate the Solstice.

The Summer Solstice Crown and Winter Solstice Sweater have been made available in the game and can be purchased from Resident Services. The best thing is you don’t need to do anything special or rely on luck, to get these items, you can simply visit Resident Services and purchase them for Bells.

The Summer Solstice Crown will cost 1560 Bells, while the Winter Solstice Sweater will cost 1200 bells. The Summer Solstice Crown consists of a garland of sunflowers that you can wear on your head, while the Winter Solstice Jumper looks very much like something your Dad would wear at Christmas. The items were teased at the start of the month but only arrived in the game today, so fans who had been concerned that they were not available need to worry no more.

To get the items, visit Resident Services and go the Terminal, then select “Nook Shopping,” where you will find the items available for sale.

If you haven’t played the game yet this month, you should really make sure you visit Harv’s island every day, if you can, as there is a new photoshoot to take part in each day. It is an easy way to get your hands on some great items, and will only take a few minutes each day to complete. You might get something that matches your new Solstice gear!
