Animal Crossing: New Horizons Wedding Season guide

June marks the beginning of a new event in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, as Wedding Season has just begun. The event will run from June 1 until June 30. The event will celebrate love and marriage and will feature Reese and Cyrus.

You won’t be able to take part in the event until 5:00 am local time, at which point the event begins, and you will get an announcement from Isabelle when you start up the game. You will also get a phone call from Harv who will tell you that he needs someone to help him get a special photograph. Remember, you need to head to the airport to get to his island, which is called Photopia.

When you get there, it is up to you to set up the wedding photos, but the good news is that Harv has plenty of items lying around that you can use. Chat with Cyrus and Reese and they will tell you what they want in the photo, then set it up the way they like.

Fiddle around with everything until Resse decides that she is happy with the shot, and you will be able to get a new piece of furniture from her as a gift, along with some Heart Crystals.

Heart Crystals are a new item for wedding season, that you will be able to trade for special furniture and items that are only available during Wedding Season. You can get these new items by speaking to Cyrus, and each one will cost a different amount of Heart Crystals.

Be sure to check back with Cyrus and Reese each day to earn more Heart Crystals, and get access to more furniture.
