In Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links, players can add and have friends. Duelists can either face their buddies in online games via the Friends Duels tab, which can be found at the Duel Arena or send friends Vagabond challenges. But to do any of this, you’ll first need to add friends, and here’s how you do just that.
There are a couple of ways to add friends. First off, you can add someone you’ve played in Ranked Duels as a friend. To do this, click on the name on the Online Duel Log and then select Friend Request. Then, it will be up to the other individual as to whether the request is accepted.
If you want to add someone you personally know as a friend, there are a couple of ways to do this. First, select the Profile tab on the top-right side of the screen, then select Friends on the bottom of the profile.
Here, you can accept any friend requests that you might have previously received or add new friends via a Friend Request. To find someone, you can either search the player’s profile name or type in the Duelist ID. This can be done by selecting the Search option.
The Duelist ID option is our preferred method. You could search your friend’s name via text, but this could be tough, especially since names are not exclusive to one person. IDs are, so we recommend going that route. The Duelist ID, for reference, can be found on the Profile screen.
