How to complete all Roasted Berries Special Research tasks and rewards in Pokémon Go

On July 3, 2021, Tepig is the Community Day Pokémon in Pokémon Go. From 11 AM to 5 PM in your local time zone, you will see an increased spawn rate of Tepigs all over the area, and you have the chance to catch a shiny version of the Pokémon to add to your collection. In addition, if you’re a player who purchases the Roasted Berries Community Day Special Research ticket, you’ll gain access to several special research tasks and receive rewards for completing them before the Community Day timer runs out. These rewards give you access to more berries, Pokéballs, and more encounters with Tepig and its evolved forms.

You do have the purchase the Roasted Berries Community Day ticket. Unfortunately, it is not readily available to all trainers, so you will have to use real-world money to buy it to access any of these tasks.

All Roasted Berries Special Research tasks and rewards

These are all of the tasks you’ll be given for the Roasted Berries Community Day special research project. Upon completing these tasks, you’ll receive several rewards for your trouble, many of them revolving around Tepig.

We’ll be updating this guide with the tasks when we learn that information.

Task 1

• Power up your Pokémon 10 times – 15 Poké Balls
• Catch 15 Tepig – Tepig encounter
• Make 5 nice throws – 20 Tepig Candy

Rewards: 2,000 Stardust, 1 Incense, and a Tepig encounter

Task 2

• Catch 15 Tepig – 30 Tepig Candy
• Transfer 10 Pokémon – Pignite encounter
• Evolve 3 Tepig – 10 Pinap berries

Rewards: 1,500 XP, 1 Incense, and a Tepig encounter

Task 3

• Make 3 great curveball throws – 50 Tepig candy
• Evolve 1 Pignite – 1 Star Piece
• Transfer 10 Pokémon – 10 Great Balls

Rewards: 2,500 XP, a Rocket Radar, and 15 Ultra Balls

Task 4

• Claim Reward – 2 Silver Pinap Berries
• Claim Reward – Tepig encounter
• Claim Reward – 3,500 XP

Rewards: 3,000 Stardust, 2 Rare Candies, and an Emboar encounter
