Lost Ark has a complicated honing system to strengthen your characters, which involves honing your gear to higher levels. Your characters get stronger in this game by leveling up your gear, which comes in six pieces: a Hat, Pauldrons, Chestpiece, Pants, Gloves, and Launcher. These six pieces of gear must be leveled up individually, and each requires a ton of different materials to ascend them.
One of these materials is the Caldarr Fusion Material, which comes into play once your gear reaches higher levels. You’ll also need Guardian Stones for your clothes and Destruction Stones for your weapons. Your gear also needs Leapstones, Silver or Gold, and Life or Honor Shards. This is a lot of materials to have, so you might not know how to get these elusive Fusion Materials, as they don’t drop from regular content such as Chaos Dungeons or Guardian Raids.

Where to find Caldarr Fusion Material location in Lost Ark
There are several ways to get the Caldarr Fusion Material in Lost Ark. The most cost-effective way is by crafting these materials in your Stronghold. Caldarr Fusion Material is Tier 2 equipment and gets your Item Level 600 gear to Item Level 1100. You’ll need a steady hand in life skills, including hunting and fishing.
The Caldarr Fusion Material recipe can be obtained from your Stronghold, and requires the following materials to craft:
- x8 Iron Ore
- x8 Wood
- x21 Gold
- x1,152 Action Energy
If you aren’t into crafting, these materials are commonly sold at the Market for relatively low prices. Head to the Market, go to the Enhancement Material tab, and you’ll find Caldarr Fusion Material available to buy in bulk for cheap. As of this writing, one of these items costs only 5 gold. Be sure to get as many of these items as you can to hone your gear efficiently.
